Declan Sweeney, our senior advisor, is a management graduate of Trinity College Dublin.  Declan is a trained business consultant and has over 15 years of business management experience with a wide range of companies from small owner managed businesses to global organisations.  

Declan also has significant experience in running his own businesses and has a first hand understanding of the pressures facing business owners today.  It is through these experiences that he discovered the power of our techniques and the immediate and lasting impact they can have on a business.  

In addition to his training as a business consultant, Declan is also a Master NLP practitioner.  He is a strategic thinker, an expert motivator of both management and staff and an effective communicator.  He is goal focused and possesses a strong ability to work with business owners to help them clarify what they want from their business and to put in place steps to achieve that, making meaningful and positive changes not only to the business, but also to their lives.
