Declan is an experienced professional and has a successful track record in Sales, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Team Building and Change Management. Through his specially tailored Sales Training programmes he has worked with many companies helping their frontline Sales People develop the skills necessary to be successful in today’s competitive market place. A successful and experienced Presenter and Public Speaker he works with Senior Managers and Sales Professionals helping them master Presentation Skills and Public Speaking.
Declan’s experience is diverse with his career taking him through many industries, including, printing, retail, manufacturing, Construction, the service industry, publishing, and marketing. He has worked with companies with 2 to 2000 team members.
Since 1991 Declan’s career has taken him to all parts of the world where he gained an immense amount of knowledge about business and culture in many different countries. During that time he has been successfully working at senior director level with Multinational Companies helping to deliver successful business solutions to companies in the ICT, Telecoms Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Consumer Electronics sectors. In recent years Declan has the experience of working with numerous Irish companies in a Business Development Consultancy role as well as in a Coaching and Mentoring capacity helping business owners grow their businesses in a structured and profitable way.  
He also has a passion for sport and travel and an innate skill in bringing out the best in the people he works with.
