Brendan is a solicitor admitted to practice law in Ireland and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining the Business Doctor, he worked with an international coaching organization. Prior to that he held legal positions with Lehman Brothers, Allen & Overy, Espirito Santo Latin Management and Mercury Asset Management in London and South America.
On returning to Ireland he was appointed General Counsel of enba plc., the Dublin based Internet incubator that created Europe's No 1 Internet only bank. first-e the internet bank, was a stand alone banking operation with customers in the UK and Germany, factor-e plc., was the software development company that developed the banking platform for the operations of the bank. He has participated in a company's development from all perspectives, from the start up phase, funding, growth and finally closure. He has currently a number of companies which he has invested in as start up’s.
